DMAS SUMMIT/AWARD 2016 HIGHLIGHTS

“The journey of Digital Marketing Award/Summit 2016 started four years ago, we didn’t just started this year…” that was the words of African Premier digital marketing consulting, Stephen Akintayo during his welcome address at the DMAS 2016 organized by GTEXT MEDIA COMPANY.

It was an awesome time for me because it was more than just an a dinner night, I made up my mind to attend because I knew any moment spent with CEO of GTEXT MEDIA is learning time and yesterday was no difference, a learned, network and had lots of fun.

There was no nostalgic feelings, it was more of a family events having  top notch digital marketing professionals at the awards, one of such high profile dignitary is Deji Irawo from X2D TV, a media guru who has been in the profession for over 20 years.

High point of the events was the opportunities left untapped by professional in the digital industry, most especially top international companies. Most of these companies do not have a digital marketing department leaving them to lose more customers, it was shocking when I heard that Coca cola just created and have a digital marketing manager just last week. Digital marketing is the latest industry taking over the oil and gas industries and everyone individuals and companies must develop passion and learn the digital marketing skills. Students who attended the Summit where also presented certificate and will further get mentorship from the CEO to horn their digital marketing skills.

In 2017, the GTEXT MEDIA GROUP is bringing the biggest reality show to TV, THE CEO APPRENTICE, the winner of these reality show will mange one of the subsidiary of the company for 1 year and after which he/she will be given 20 million to start his/her own company. You heard this from me first, so get ready for more information about more great opportunities coming from the digital world. The project is going to be very practicable and focus mostly on sales strategies, individuals who is able to make highest number of sales wins ever week and many more digital tasking project that will be done during the TV reality show.
