 Excellence in leadership is a great deal of virtue that every great leader aspires, as there are no leaders that are impossibility thinkers but rather possibility thinkers. All leaders have a common goal and objective and that is to win even in the most difficult situation.
 Leaders with clarity of mission and vision are always purpose driven to achieve the goals of the organisation through the mastery of three powerful disciplines, which are: Character, Competence, and Courage.    
     
    DISCIPLINE OF CHARACTER
The chief responsibility of an excellent leader to be an example to others, a person without ego; an ego is talent killer, a servant leader. The discipline of character is one of the most important virtues, it is what you do when no one is watching, and it is who you are in the sight of the Almighty.
 Quality of integrity is the foundation of character of an excellent leader and entrepreneur, there is no leadership excellence without integrity and sincerity of purpose, honesty towards others. In the long run, the best proof of character is good actions. – John Stuart Mill.

 After all attitude is everything, a leader cannot be measure about what he or she says, writes or declare but the real truth about a leader is in its action. Ability not to compromise his/her own values and principles even when under pressure he stands to do what is right to positively move the organization forward. Knowing that if he/she acts wrongly that will definitely jeopardize the goals of the organization.
 Authenticity of an entrepreneur makes him stand out to becoming an excellent leader, character is what every aspiring great leader chooses to learn; character is what you and I can choose to learn if we must change our future. You can change your future if you choose to change your action today. Demonstrates this quality everywhere you go and  in business with everyone you meet and you will definitely an excellent leader and be at the top of your business niche.

DISCIPLINE OF COMPETENCE

 First you must accept who you are and be clear of your calling, clarity is so important setting up goals in life, an entrepreneur must be the pillar of the organization, his or her action must speaks the vision and mission of the organization. The leader therefore believes he can achieve every goals setup by the organization; he is committed to the achievement of the vision and mission through skills developed as the leader of the organization.

 The starting point in developing the discipline of competence is for you to select a specific areas and tasks where excellent is most required. The very one thing you must to do now to make the company move from where it is to the next level.
 Commitment is the key; it will determine the quality of your life regardless of your choosing field. Selecting specific area and task requires skills, a competent leader is one who is ready to learn and develop new skills and relevant in your company.
 Peter Drucker wrote; the only skill that will be important in the twenty first century will be the skill of learning new skills. All else will eventually become obsolete. A competent leader is open to continuous learning and development, knowing that what get you here won’t get you there.

 DISCIPLINE OF COURAGE
 Aristotle said the way to develop any virtue is to act as if you already had that virtue in every situation where that virtue is required.
 
 Courage is required in discipline of leadership excellent. It can be developed, and it will help you in times of setbacks and adversities of leadership.
 In  life we all have our fears and doubt but what makes the difference between a quality leaders from others is the courage to grow through the process even when all your employee are discouraged.
 Discipline of courage teaches you self sacrifice, through passion and enthusiasm, this encourages an excellent leader to be a productive leader, you already picture the ends from the beginning, an excellent leader believes when you visualized, you materialized.

 Thought become things, and this is the mindset of a courageous leader, thinking of the commitment made and the attitude towards achieving your vision and mission and resources, a visionary leader never let go of his project, tough time never last but tough people do. He knows failure is part of the process to success, success is never ending and failure is never final. His subconscious already settles that all these are integral part of his success.
 The only way to free yourself from fear is to do what you fear and this is what courageous leader does, they are willing to always take the risk. Leaders never quit, they are tough, risk taker, possibility thinkers and courageous.
 Courage is an essential discipline in leadership excellent, it makes you become fearless and unstoppable but only by practicing this principle always.
 All skills are learnable, therefore there is no excuse, tell yourself daily you are responsible for having a good day or a bad day, you can be an excellence leader if we choose to learn and practice this discipline.
